With a decade of expertise in home construction and 15 years in specialized renovations, we have successfully delivered over 30 residences. Our journey began with meticulous small-scale projects, allowing us to master every detail—from structural extensions to refined interior design. Over the years, we have evolved by transforming past challenges into strengths, particularly in design precision, quality control, and material selection. We view every past experience as a valuable investment in the superior craftsmanship we provide today.

Optimizing Project Management: From Challenges to Standardized Logic
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we faced a pivotal challenge when our core technical team was heavily recruited by expanding developers. This talent shortage became our catalyst for deep-level process analysis. By immersing ourselves in on-site operations, we identified a critical gap: the absence of standardized designs for structural elements and access systems. This realization led us to develop the 'Beyond BOQ' framework—implementing rigorous standardization in both structural work and site logistics to ensure absolute quality control and cost efficiency for every project

Finding a pre-designed house that truly harmonizes with its environment is nearly impossible—unless one is willing to compromise on living quality. True architectural value lies in how a home breathes and interacts with its surroundings. To understand the profound difference, one must experience a residence designed with intention.
Through advanced architectural techniques, we optimize natural airflow and daylight to enhance livability. Adapting a structure to its specific function and environment demands both extensive experience and creative logic. We focus on the precision of materials and proportions to ensure every element serves a purpose.
Scientific Comfort: We strategically manage solar heat gain by shading south and west-facing apertures while facilitating natural ventilation. By implementing principles such as the 'Stack Effect'—where rising heat draws in cool air—and utilizing solar vents, we create a self-cooling environment. We master the balance of natural light, opening the roof precisely where needed to illuminate the home without inviting excessive heat.
