Scope
Redesign and Build
Designing space for restaurants and cafes is more than just about aesthetics; it's about creating an "experience" that connects customers with the brand. The key is to highlight the restaurant's unique identity through interior design, from color choices and lighting design that enhances food presentation to the selection of materials that evoke warmth and invitation. Good space design elevates an ordinary meal into a memorable experience, encouraging customers to return.
Beyond ambiance, "function" is the heart of a smooth-running F&B business. At Allsenses Design & Built, we design spaces with employee workflow and seating layouts in mind, maximizing efficiency without compromising customer comfort and privacy. This ensures your restaurant perfectly balances visual aesthetics with efficient space management.

1. Kitchen and Sanitary System: The heart of a restaurant is the kitchen. We emphasize standard drainage systems, appropriately calculated grease traps, and most importantly, a meticulous waterproofing system in wet areas. This requires thorough water testing before tiling to prevent leaks that could negatively impact the structure and business in the future.
2. Ventilation and Odor Removal System: The placement of the kitchen hood and fresh air supply must be based on accurate air quality calculations to prevent food odors from disturbing customers in the dining area and to maintain a consistently cool temperature inside the restaurant.
3. Selecting Heavy-Duty Materials: Floor and wall materials in restaurants must be resistant to chemicals, heat, and frequent cleaning, and must have appropriate anti-slip properties to ensure the safety of staff and visitors.
